THE APPROACH

Understanding begins with attention.

Moa’s work starts with the horse in front of him, the owner’s aims and the small responses that shape each next step.

01

Observe before asking

Each horse is assessed as an individual. Movement, attention, tension and existing responses help shape a practical starting point.

02

Clear pressure and release

Requests are introduced with clarity and released at the right moment, helping the horse find a calmer and more confident response.

03

Progress at the horse’s pace

Work develops gradually. Sessions build on what the horse understands, without rushing past uncertainty or overlooking the owner’s needs.

04

Carry the work forward

Owner handover is part of the process, helping the approach remain consistent when the horse returns home or continues everyday work.
